During the device inspection, the most important wearing parts within the system are replaced with novacare® original spare parts. To maintain the functionality of the system, it is advisable to replace the wearing parts before a possible failure or defect occurs. For all novacare® alternating pressure systems, we keep a complete device log in the system, which allows us to show the complete history of each control unit based on the serial number (provided it has been serviced in our company).
Chemothermal treatment is carried out using a certified process in accordance with the recommendations of the Robert Koch Institute and ends with a thorough final test of the mattress topper with a hygiene certificate. If you wish, you can have the topper systems in particular packed cleanly and space-savingly in a modern roll-packing machine including a new mattress base.
