Accounting Clerk (f/m/d)

Your tasks:

You will independently post incoming and outgoing invoices and other documents.
You will check and allocate invoices and travel expense reports in accordance with legal requirements.
You take care of the reconciliation and maintenance of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
You support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
You ensure that our accounting documents are digitally clean.
You support other departments with accounting issues and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Your competences:

Completed commercial training.
Professional experience in financial accounting, especially in the area of accounting.
Confident with MS Office (especially Excel); experience with accounting software (we work with Abas) is a plus.
A careful, structured and independent way of working.
Enjoy working with numbers and in a team.
