Hollow fiber products

Our hollow fiber range of products has been developed especially for the treatment and prevention of pressure ulcers in home care-giving.

The products feature a filling of siliconized polyester hollow fibers, which are produced by coating high-quality hollow fiber with an extremely fine layer of silicone. As a result, the fiber filling gains sliding capabilities which greatly reduce any shear. The homogeneous, tight filling, additionally backstitched to prevent sliding, offers an even pressure distribution, thus reducing the bearing pressure dramatically. All products are machine-washable and offer a comfortable climate due to their vapor permeable covers.
