Operational Procurement Manager (m/w/d) /Operativen Einkäufer (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (20 Stunden/Woche), Perspektivisch ist eine Aufstockung der Arbeitszeit sehr gut möglich

Your tasks:

Sicherstellung der termingerechten Material- und Warenbeschaffung
Disposition und Auslösung von Bestellungen bei nationalen und internationalen Lieferanten
Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Abstimmung mit Lieferanten
Koordination von Importen und Zusammenarbeit mit Speditionen
Pflege und Verwaltung relevanter Einkaufs- und Artikelstammdaten
Unterstützung bei Lieferantenanfragen und Reklamationen
Zusammenarbeit mit Logistik, Produktentwicklung, Vertrieb und weiteren Fachabteilungen

Your competences:

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erste Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, in der Disposition oder in der Auftragsabwicklung wünschenswert
Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen von Vorteil
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Organisationsgeschick
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
